- Troubleshooting basic customer problems and escalating issues as needed
- Providing product or service information clearly and effectively
- Guiding customers through processes (orders, returns, account setup, etc.)
- Collecting customer feedback and reporting common issues
- Following brand guidelines to maintain a professional and consistent tone
- Updating customer records and logging interactions appropriately
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations at once
- Familiarity with live chat platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Tidio, etc.)
- Basic understanding of CRM tools
- Reliable, patient, and detail-oriented
